Rosebank Two nursery is situated in front of Rosebank One nursery. This nursery opened in June 2001. The nursery is situated in Constitution Street, which is not too far from Dundee City Centre, just off the Hilltown. There is a car park to the front of the nursery that allows easy access for parents. There are numerous buses that take you within walking distance of the nursery.

Rosebank Two is a 50 place nursery for children aged 0 – 5 years. The nursery offers excellent playrooms, including a baby room, toddler room and a comfortable sleep room. The nursery offers a friendly atmosphere for children to learn through play as well as structured activities. A security entry system, makes it a safe environment for staff and children. All our staff are vetted by Disclosure Scotland ensuring that your child is well cared for and the Care Commission inspects us annually. Care Commission Inspectors also come into the Nursery unannounced to make sure that we are following the Care Commission Guidelines at all times. We are also in partnership with Dundee City Council Education Department that means that parents can apply for Education Funding once their child reaches their 3rd birthday. Our development planning is monitored regularly by Dundee Education Department.

To the rear of the nursery we have a large enclosed garden and a verandah area. Children are taken outside to play during the day, outside toys such as bikes, cars etc., are taken outside. We also have wooden play equipment in the garden. The garden is also used as an extension of the playroom, children are encouraged to help with planting and weeding. Children are encouraged to play outside throughout all seasons.

Older children are taken on trips to the city center library in the Wellgate Centre. As the nursery is in close proximity of Dudhope Park, younger children are taken there for walks in our twin buggies. We also invite visitors into the nursery e.g. police, nurses, firemen, etc. Parents are also encouraged to visit our nursery to participate in story telling, music, festivals and celebrations.
